"Terrific products! I especially love your Almond Cranberry Snack Bar - really hard to find a breakfast bar when you need gluten free that is not too high in calories or sodium. This is perfect, not too sweet and no after taste of the rice flour and since it isn't too sweet the bar holds you without the sugar rush and then sugar drop from too much insulin. Thank you! PS, I recently had to try the Chocolate Chip snack bar as my local Whole Foods did not have the Almond Cranberry one. The chocolate chip is very good also, but the Almond Cranberry I love the best as a treat with coffee in the morning. I wish all the Whole Foods would keep these products in stock. "

"I was very pleased with ARICO chocolate chip cookie bars. Most gluten free cookies are very crumbly, and it's difficult to not make a mess while eating them. The Arico foods variety that I tried did not crumble, so I didn't make a mess all over the book I was reading when I ate it! The flavor was also wonderful: tastes just like a "regular" cookie, very satisfying. What I like about your cookies is that they don't taste heavy and ultra-sugary, like most processed cookies. And there's so much fiber! Most GF products are low fiber and have a particular rice taste.

"I just got home from the AutismOne conference and they had lots of GFCF foods around so I picked up some cookies to bring home for my son. Well, I gave him one of these chocolate chip cookie bars and left him for 2 seconds to go get a glass of water. When I returned I asked him if he liked the cookie.
